◦The D & O insurance renewed, we got reimbursed for overpayment.

◦Tax forms have been completed. John will review and get it in the mail.

◦Next big bill is the hull insurance (May renewal).

◦Turnout has been sporatic due to many racers being out because of injuries, work, etc. Most recent practice 51 paddlers showed up, and 8 canoes were used.

The turnout for the volunteers was very good. John thanks all volunteers for helping out with the fundraiser.

◾There was a complaint from a Lavaman representative about our canoes being in the way, and wanted us to move it. Ed felt this was an unreasonable request and held his ground. Carl was instrumental on convincing her how hard our club has worked and making her realize her demands were unreasonable. In the end, she agreed to give the club $500 more.
