Special Board of Director Meeting Minutes
January 21, 2013
The meeting convened at 6:36 PM on January 21, 2013 at Hawaiian Dreams Office in Waikoloa Village.
All board members present except Kim Pratt & Derek Park.
President Jim Albone opened the meeting.
Head Coach for 2013
Reviewed results of Short Hops Ad and Moku requests for applicants. Michelle motion for Derek to assume the head coach role for the 2013 paddling season. Unanimously approved.
New board will set Coach Expectations at 1st actual Board of Directors Meeting.
