Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
The meeting convened at 6:02 PM on February 3, 2016, at the Waikoloa Village Association conference room.

Mike Bernstone makes motion to amend previous repair motion to a cap of $3,000, revisit total repaint at the end of the season. Six in favor, two opposed. Motion passed.

Worried about (Ocean Sports) fundraiser this Sunday due to winds.

Bylaws (Ted)

Committee should be finishing revisions within the next few days

Suggests we hold special meeting dedicated to working on bylaws
New Paddling Time (Ted)

6:30 AM start on Tuesdays and Thursdays, back by 7:45

8 AM canoes should be back by 10 AM (for safety purposes, to tell when someone’s missing)
Kama O Ka Lani Repairs (Daniel)
